We have a few announcements to make. Now that we have been open for several months, we are figuring out how things work a bit better and are going to make some changes to our store hours and pricing. If you are a current customer, this will affect you. These changes will be coming into effect for July 1st, 2011.

STORE HOURS

Saturdays: our hours will be changing to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday to Friday: we will be opening from 7 am – 9 am depending on daycare appointments. This means we will start asking you what time you need to bring your dog in at the time of booking, and we will open in order to accommodate the earliest appointments.

DAYCARE PRICING

After carefully evaluating our daycare program, we will be adjusting the pricing and procedures as follows:

There will be no more hourly rate.

All dogs must be picked up by 5:45 p.m. or may be subject to a late pick up fee.

Half Day – $15

CHANGED to up to 5 hours instead of up to 6.

Full Day  – $25

This charge is for regular daycare attendees who are booked ahead of time, and are attending daycare at least once a week for the most part.

Drop In – $30

This charge will be applied to dogs new to the daycare program, dogs who do not attend on a regular weekly basis, and last minute bookings (less than 12 hours notice).

Half Day Passes – $150

(BUY 10 days get 1 FREE – Valid for 4 months)

Full Day Passes – $250

(BUY 10 days get 1 FREE – Valid for 4 months)

TRAINING

There are a few changes to note regarding training. The Tricks & Fun class will be cancelled until further notice and will be offered during the Fall once Outdoor Obedience is no longer an option due to low enrollment.

We are considering offering classes on the weekends. Please email barksnrecbc@gmail.com if this is something you would be interested in.

Orientations for new students will be done on a once a month to bi-monthly basis. They will now be a full hour without your dog and will count as your first class. We will reserve the right to postpone orientations until there are multiple students wanting to start classes.
