We keep your dog or cat’s teeth and gums healthy on a monthly, three-month, six-month or yearly basis depending on what’s best for your pets oral needs.
It is very important to our staff to educate pet owners on the importance of good oral care for the pets they love.
If your pet is a good candidate for our services, they will be safely and comfortably positioned in our laps while slowly being introduced to ultrasonic scaling.
We then thoroughly remove all calculus and tarter build-up from all surfaces on the outside and inside of the teeth from the gum line down (top teeth) or the gum line up (bottom teeth). Our K-9 Oral Hygiene Specialists then polish all surfaces of the teeth to make sure the enamel is smooth and free from any grooves in the enamel that may have been left from the scaling.
We finish by applying a conditioner and antibacterial spray to the gums to strengthen and heal the tissue.
